If you choose to verify your account via Instagram, we access your Instagram username, profile picture, account ID, and follower count through the Instagram Graph API. This information is used solely to verify your identity on the Platform and display your verification status. We do not post to your Instagram account, access your direct messages, or collect content from your Instagram feed.

Listing and Transaction Data

We collect information you provide when creating listings, want-to-buy posts, forum posts, and messages — including text content, images you upload, offer amounts, and transaction details you choose to share within conversations.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps of activity. This data helps us improve the Platform and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Payment Information

When you purchase credits, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials. We receive only a confirmation of payment and transaction reference from Stripe.

Service providers: We use Supabase (database/authentication), Cloudflare (image hosting), and Stripe (payment processing) to operate the Platform. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Dispute resolution: In the event of a reported dispute between users, we may review and share relevant conversation and transaction data with involved parties.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing, row-level security policies on our database, and restricted access controls.
